Dr Malchow is the most sincere, caring doctor I’ve ever received care from. I scheduled my consult hopeful but skeptical. I left the consult still skeptical but even more hopeful. I started treatment and immediately knew this was going to work for me, by the day after the first treatment. I’ve completed treatment and am now on a maintenance schedule. It works! I lost my son and my mother within three days of each other in September, 2021. I didn’t think I could even survive another day. The pain I am carrying had me in such a dark hole, I was paralyzed and couldn’t find my way out. This was after over a year of traditional grief therapy, including EMDR and other modalities. Dr Malchow, Carrie, and Kim helped me find the light in my tunnel and move toward it. PTSD and grief don’t just go away. But I have found a way to live with them, thanks to this team. I now am able to not just survive my days, but live them. I may not still be here if it hadn’t been for this team, their care and this breakthrough treatment option. They take the time to get to know their patients and to CARE for them. It’s a beautiful thing! I couldn’t be more grateful.

This practice has changed my life 100% for the better. Dr M is the most thorough and considerate anesthesiologist I have ever met. He went so far above the call and duties of a provider, it’s hard to explain. I have a pretty strict checklist for doctors I allow to work on me, and he is at the top. Any doc who calls you personally on their day off to make sure you’re doing ok, automatically gets a win in my book. The Ketamine treatment protocols that he has in place is light years ahead of other clinics. They go above the call of duty to make sure you feel safe, and comfortable the entire time of your infusion—which anyone who is new to Ketamine will quickly understand is a life saver. I’ve never felt more cared for and attended to in a medical setting and would return any day without hesitation. I’m sad to say my treatment plan has come to an end and I won’t be back regularly, but that means I’m happily living my life in a much better space than when I started. I can’t thank everyone in that office enough for taking such great care of me, and making me apart of their little medical family.

Dr. Malchow has the best bedside manners I've seen in a long time. He is personable, highly intelligent and is thorough to ensure safety and comfort during infusions. I haven't yet started but I will in a couple of weeks. He has personally checked in on me in between our consult and our now. I have complex medical issues and I have chosen to pursue ketamine here, because a nurse is with you the whole time and Dr. Malchow has just been great. I lost and was witness to the loss of my 15-year-old son to a tragic golf cart accident. It was nine years ago. The journey since has been nothing but pain and immense suffering. It’s cause severe mental instability. I lost my faith, my career, my family and many friends. Everything that meant so much to me. Anxiety the worst demon of all. I have tried many different drugs and treatments. I finished my sixth infusion and I’m awaiting my boosters. I don’t know how it all works scientifically. I can only describe it like a light switch. I suffer from severe alcohol use disorder which is a nice way of saying im an alcoholic. Im going in for my third infusion and thus far the first two have helped me cut back on alcohol consumption almost 100%. I also struggled with insomnia which is now gone. Great staff. A clearing, life altering experience that every person on this planet should experience to get closer if not 100 percent bridging the missing gaps and work towards the wellness of your life. It is spiritual in detail and revitalizing in a most ambitious way. If I could pay a friend to drive me down i would do a five day trip all expenses paid in my car. Your hotel your food. You could go into Nashville . You would have your own fine time .

I couldn’t be more blessed to have found this amazing clinic for treatment on an array of issues. Issues that include chronic pain, depression and opioid dependence. First and for most, every person in this clinic has been an absolute blessing to work with. These are not just some of the best medical personnel I’ve worked with but some of the best human beings I’ve ever been around. Every person in the office cares about you as an individual and your health goals. I’ve been referred for years to different “specialists”, only to end up with more medication on top of more medication. Prior to having these infusions I was taking upwards of 20 pills a day for anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, severe arthritis and of course chronic pain. After I completed 5 infusions I now take 3 medicines (which will go to 2 in less than 30 days) and none of those medications include opiates. I don’t want to incorrectly explain how the process works but one thing is for sure, it works! Dr Malchow will put you on a path to healing with the help of his entire staff (Dustin and Dawn play a big role in this process as well). I would recommend that anyone who suffers from these debilitating illnesses, reach out to them! They have literally saved my life through the grace of God!

After dealing with PTSD for several years we decided to give ketamine a try. Nothing else worked. Meds were useless and just masked symptoms, and the stelate ganglion block worked for a very short time. My husband was a police officer for 13+ years. Dr. Malchow is beyond awesome.
